Planned Firework Display Pontycymer

The Garw Valley Community Council has been made aware that there is a firework display planned for Pontycymer this week.   Whilst the Community Council supports community led events they do need to be planned correctly.  The Community Council has not been approached for permission to use their land and as such cannot and will not support this event taking place.  Events need to be risk assessed, licensed by the local authority, insured and properly managed.
